New Journal On CanLII: The Asper Review of International Business and Trade Law

We are delighted to announce the addition of the Asper Review of International Business and Trade Law to CanLII’s commentary section.
The Asper Review of International Business and Trade Law is an annual publication that covers topics that address trade issues of global interest or in which Canada has a material involvement.
Bryan Schwartz, professor of law at the University of Manitoba, is the founding and general editor of the Review and has distinguished himself in the area of business and trade law.
