Further to last week’s blog post, Update your Member Profile & Arbitration Services, we are pleased to advise that we have again expanded the practice areas in the Find a Lawyer feature of the website to include: “Collaborative Lawyer- Family Law” and “Collaborative Lawyer- Wills and Estates”.
During these challenging times, it is important to ensure that members of the public, and other users of the Find a Lawyer function of the website are able to identify service providers providing alternatives to the traditional court processes. These two practice areas facilitate the public’s ability to connect with lawyers who are Certified Collaborative Practitioners that provide alternative approaches to resolving disputes in the areas of family law, and wills and estates law. If you are a Certified Collaborative Practitioner be sure to update your member profile!
