The Court of Queen’s Bench Update

The Court of Queen’s Bench has recently amended its rules respecting Appearance Day Notices and the Warrant of Committal form in the case of civil contempt. Appearance Day Notices will now be scheduled to occur 30 minutes before the time chambers is scheduled to commence. The amendments come into effect on September 1, 2020 and can be found here.
