The Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan has a new Criminal Practice Directive. Criminal Practice Directive #11 outlines the process by which the Court will perform its obligation to inform a complainant and/or witness of their right to be represented by counsel when certain applications are made under the Criminal Code.
