On February 3, 2023, the Law Society and Saskatchewan Lawyers’ Insurance Association posted information on our blog/website related to the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act, S.C. 2022, c.10, s. 235, which came into force January 1, 2022.
