King’s Bench Rules Annotated
November 22, 2023Along with a new title recognizing a new monarch, the 2023 Saskatchewan King’s Bench Rules Annotated comes with a brand-new look. Beneath the new navy blue cover, you will find all the latest case law and commentary from the Court of King’s Bench.
In addition to the usual features including the Tariff of Costs, Historical Table of Concordance, Tables of Cases, Statutes and Authorities, and a full index to the rules, the 2023 Saskatchewan King’s Bench Rules Annotated is current to November 1, 2023 and features:
- New annotations
- Revised annotations for Part 10, including deletion of dated material and improved text
- A list of all King’s Bench judges as at October 2023
