Updates to The Saskatchewan Limitations Manual

We are pleased to announce that our website has a new edition of the Saskatchewan Limitations Manual with updates provided by Kim Bodnarchuk. The previous edition was current to December 2020. The new edition is current to December 2022 and features five new Acts, new annotations for 55 Acts, and 22 new cases. Consult the manual for pinpoints of and annotations on all provisions in Saskatchewan statutes that set limitation periods.
