A virtual wills & estates session will be taking place through the Saskatoon Public Library (SPL). SPLs Summer 2021 Guide, on page 16 advertises the session.
“Do you wonder if you need a will, a Power of Attorney or a living will? Are you an Executor of an estate and unsure what to do next? Come with your questions.”
The session is offered in partnership with Robertson Stromberg, Pro Bono Students Canada, TD, and the Government of Saskatchewan.
Can documents pertaining to the estate and sale of real property be signed with an app such as DocuSign.? Are those documents accepted by the Court?
Hi James, great question! I encourage you to register for the free session to ask your question.
