D. \nFostering allyship in the legal profession is essential for creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace. While women are entering the profession in record numbers\, they continue to leave private practice disproportionately\, underscoring the need for greater support and advocacy. A diverse and representative legal profession not only strengthens workplace equity but also enhances the justice system as a whole.
