This episode of Bite Size CPD highlights the Law Society’s new Principal Training Course and its benefits in training new lawyers. The goals of the training are to prepare lawyers to take on the role of principal by providing them with background and resources to assist them in that role, and to encourage greater consistency in the mentorship and feedback that students receive.
