Understanding Dynamics of Domestic Violence for Family Law Practitioners Training
June 2, 2021PATHS will be offering our Understanding the Dynamics of Domestic Violence for Family Law Practitioners training online June 7- 10.
The training will take place over 4 mornings (8 a.m.- noon), Monday, June 7- Thursday, June 10.
This training will provide an overview of the dynamics of domestic violence (also known as intimate partner violence) in the context of separation, divorce, and child custody/access (parenting time) for family law practitioners.
This training qualifies for 15 hours of Continuing Professional Development credits with the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Law Society of British Columbia, and the Law Society of Northwest Territories, and CEE points with ADR Saskatchewan. (Alberta, Manitoba, and Yukon lawyers: consider including this course as a CPD learning activity in your annual Continuing Professional Development Plan.)
The training will be held using Zoom. A link and password will be sent out to registered participants prior to the training.
