Report Unauthorized Practice
If you believe an individual is practising law without a licence in Saskatchewan:
- report it to the Law Society
- include any evidence you have to support the unauthorized practice (for example, emails, invoices, proof of payment, etc.)
We would appreciate if you provide contact information to allow us to reach out for any additional information, but we will be unable to provide updates on the progress or outcome of the investigation to you.
