The lawyer or limited licensee might not know about your concern, or it could be a simple misunderstanding. Talking with them may:
- speed up the transfer of your file
- help keep a good relationship with your lawyer or limited licensee and makes the change smoother
- may save you extra costs or time by avoiding new negotiations between lawyers or limited licensees
- give you a better understanding of what is happening

- copies of any messages you sent (including any using this sample); and
- any replies you got from the lawyer or limited licensee.
