Notice of Creditors Not Posted
The purpose of advertising for creditors is to protect the executor or administrator from potential personal liability. It is the responsibility of the executor or administrator to decide to post a notice to creditors. It is a service an estate lawyer or limited licensee may offer to an executor or administrator, but it is not a mandatory requirement.
