Abusing Their Power of Attorney Appointment
You may disagree with how a lawyer or limited licensee who has been appointed under a power of attorney is using the power of attorney. This may not be mismanagement or abuse. However, serious accusations of mismanagement or abuse should be investigated. For example, if a lawyer or limited licensee is accessing the grantor’s money for their own personal use.
