Not Included as Beneficiary
If you believe you should have been included as a beneficiary in a Will, you may challenge the Will. This process is not within the jurisdiction of the Law Society, and requires a court application. You may wish to seek legal assistance.
If the matter goes to court, and the court comments on the competence or conduct of the lawyer or limited licensee involved in the creation of the Will, submit a complaint.
