Not Given Access to All Relevant Disclosure
The Crown prosecutor may limit access to disclosure for safety reasons, such as protecting informants. These limits should be as minimal as possible.
Deciding whether information is relevant, should be shared, or whether limits on disclosure are fair is a legal matter for the courts. The Law Society cannot get involved in legal cases or court matters.
