Counselled Client to Lie or Made Misrepresentations
A lawyer or limited licensee must not knowingly assist in or encourage any dishonesty. This includes:
- counselling a client to, or knowingly allowing a client to, lie in an affidavit under oath
- making misrepresentations in court
