CPD OnDemand – Thank You For Subscribing!


Subscription Info:

Subscription terms are for a calendar year, ending December 31st.
Manage your subscription preferences at: ‘My Account’ > ‘My Subscriptions’.

Manual Renewal
Each year, you must manually complete the $799 payment process to resubscribe.

  • Manual renewal is enabled by default
  • Subscription and access is paused on January 1st.
  • On January 1st, you will receive a customer renewal invoice by email.
  • To renew or cancel, select the link in the email or go to My Account and select “My Subscriptions”
  • Once in “My Subscriptions” select the “View” button for your CPD OnDemand subscription.
      • If your order status is “Pending payment” you should see a “Cancel” button in Actions and a “Pay” button under Related Orders (scroll down). Select “Pay” to resubscribe.
      • If your subscription has expired, and your status in Related Orders is “Completed”, you should see both a “Reactivate” button and a “Cancel” button in Actions. Select “Reactivate” to resubscribe.
  • If you do not renew or cancel, your subscription will remain pending in “My Subscriptions”.

ACCESS CPD ONDEMAND HERE

Login Details:

  • Your username/email is the email associated with your Law Society account.
  • First-time purchasers must choose “reset your password” on their initial log in to the platform.
  • We suggest using the same password as used for your Law Society account.

NOTE: The CPD OnDemand account is linked to the Law Society account you used to purchase the subscription, but the passwords between the LSS website and CPD OnDemand are not linked.

A password change on one account will not change the password on the other. If there is confusion, please reset your passwords.

Changing your email address through My Account on the LSS website will disable your subscription.

Changing your email address through Member Profile will generate a second subscription under the new email address, and disable the original subscription.
