When you applied to become a student-at-law, you were required to complete the Law Society’s New Student Orientation. At that time, we noted that there would be another mandatory Law Society orientation, the New Lawyer Orientation. This orientation is for students following the completion of their final capstone assignment and prior to their call to the bar. Completion of the New Lawyer Orientation is mandatory and required prior to your admission as a lawyer. 

The materials in these videos cover important resources, practices, and procedures essential to the practice of law. The total viewing time for the orientation will be approximately 5 hours. You may watch the videos in any order that you choose.
