This intensive one-day program addresses the transformative impact of the Supreme Court’s landmark Vavilov decision on administrative law practice and provides practical guidance for navigating the evolving legal landscape. Administrative law expert Mark Mancini will deliver a keynote address focused on statutory interpretation, exploring how the Supreme Court has massaged and modified the Rizzo framework in recent years, emphasizing the role of statutory text. He will connect these developments to administrative law.
