Joe Fried will help you identify your current damages paradigm, where it originated, what limiting beliefs control you and whether those limiting beliefs are true. You will learn to identify the damages story in your case; use jury charges to aid in the damages presentation; understand why talking about money is so difficult and how to talk about money in jury selection, opening, with witnesses and in closing.
