The Commission is seeking input on its proposal to recommend Saskatchewan implement The Uniform Commercial Tenancies Act with modifications to the distress related provisions. This webinar will include a description of the features of The Uniform Commercial Tenancies Act and a discussion of the modifications the Commission is recommending be made to the Act prior to its implementation in Saskatchewan. The presenters will be asking participants for input on the consultation questions contained in the Commission’s report on this project.
