The Law Society of Saskatchewan Library supports the legal information needs of members, law students, and the public by providing an online and print library collection, legal research assistance, and access to a diverse variety of legal resources.

You can access our comprehensive print legal collection through the Library Catalogue.  Members can access our online library through the Members’ Resource Section.  Our Reference Librarians are available to provide expert legal research assistance.

We provide two full-service libraries in the Regina Queen’s Bench Courthouse and the Saskatoon Queen’s Bench Courthouse.  Rural branches exist in several locations around the province.

The Member Resource Section of the Law Society website is our online law library.  It is your gateway to all the amazing online resources the Library has subscribed to.  These resources are available directly on your desktop wherever you are in the province.

Yes! We track the $0.25 fee and bill you at year end.

Yes! We’ll check for your firm copy code, but in any event the fee is $0.25 per copy and we will bill you at year-end.

Yes! If you are from outside Regina and Saskatoon, at our expense. If you are in the city, at yours.  Please note that all copying must be done in accordance with the posted copyright policy. 

Yes, provided that the scanning is permissible under the Copyright Act.  Check our Legal Research Assistance drop-down for fees.
