The following online resources are created and maintained by
Library Staff:
A catalogue of resources in all the Law Society libraries in
Saskatchewan. Most legal articles that were published in
Saskatchewan Legal Education Society (SKLESI) or Law Society of
Saskatchewan CPD seminars are available in fulltext. The CPD
Index also provides an index of articles from seminars offered by
other approved CPD providers as well as a complete index of
Saskatchewan Law Review articles from Volume 1 (1936) to date.
Saskatchewan Case Digests
(searchable database)
Short digests of Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Queen's Bench,
and Provincial Court cases. Cases after 1994 also have a link
to the full judgment.
Each table links to judgments issued by the Courts over the past
30-90 days.
Case digests newsletter sent to all members twice monthly.
Digests of sentence appeals heard by the Court of Appeal with
links to fulltext judgment.
An index tracing changes to Saskatchewan statutes. The
index incorporates the text of bills from the Saskatchewan
Legislature with bill summaries, progress of bills, proclamation
dates and links to bills and statutes on the Saskatchewan Queen's
Printer site.
An index tracing changes to regulations published in The
Saskatchewan Gazette including links to the Gazette issues on
the Saskatchewan Queen's Printer website.
Provincial proclamations are added as they are received with the
most current appearing first. This table lists only those statutes
that require a proclamation date to come into force. Statutes that
come into force on assent are not included.
