The Government of Saskatchewan has recently passed regulatory amendments that authorize non-profit corporations, condominium corporations, co-operatives and new generation co-operatives to hold annual general meetings by telephone, video conference or other electronic means. Sections 331, 332, 337, 338, 342(2), 344 to 347 and 350 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2018, No. 2, SC 2018 c 27, are proclaimed into force April 30, 2020 (PC 2020-0274).
