Consultation on Direct Supervision Requirements – Amendments

The Law Society is advancing amendments to the Direct Supervision Requirements in Chapter 6 of the Code of Professional Conduct. We ask you to circulate this short survey to legal assistants/paralegals and paraprofessionals in your organization. We also invite lawyers in your organization to provide feedback by filling out the survey. The deadline to complete the survey is January 31.
