The process for residential foreclosure has gone through some recent changes, but many of the considerations remain the same. Mortgagors will want to know what options they have and how to respond to the various steps of the foreclosure process. Mortgagees will want to know what steps are required to have the mortgage debt repaid and protected if necessary. Grant and Collin will review the steps involved in a typical foreclosure and provide comments and suggestions on advising the parties to the foreclosure process.  They will touch on some common issues and some possible approaches to them.

Presenting the webinar are Grant Richards and Collin Hirschfeld, Q.C.  Grant has been with the Cuelenaere LLP firm since 1982 and has advised both lenders and borrowers throughout his career, with a focus in the foreclosure area. Collin has been with the McKercher LLP firm since 1998 and has worked in the foreclosure area from the start of his practice.
