Saskatchewan Proclamation

Sections 14(2)(n) and s 14(2)(o) of the Podiatry Act, SS 2003 c P-14.1, are proclaimed into force February 1, 2019. These provisions allow the council of the Saskatchewan College of Podiatrists to make bylaws providing for the receipt, management and investment of contributions, donations and bequests; and establishing and governing scholarships, bursaries and prizes.
