This year, the Law Society of Saskatchewan saw an unprecedented interest in members seeking to be elected to the office of Bencher. This level of interest also generates a significant level of competition for a limited number of positions. As a result, many good candidates were unsuccessful. It is important that every member participates in the regulation of the legal profession.
