We are pleased to announce that the Saskatchewan Practice Checklists have returned to our website! Since their creation in 1997, the Practice Checklists have been a valuable resource for Saskatchewan lawyers with many practitioners and judges giving generously of their time and expertise to create, review and update them over the years. The Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Lawyers’ Insurance Association would like to express appreciation and grateful thanks to these individuals for the outstanding contribution that they have made to the profession.
Written and revised by local experts in each area of law, these resources will help new lawyers get a handle on unfamiliar procedures, or help practiced lawyers explore a new area of law with confidence. The newly updated checklists reflect legislative amendments, rule amendments, and changes in practice. Each checklist is now available in Word, as well as in PDF, allowing users to customize checklists for their particular needs.
