Proposed Repeal of Obsolete Saskatchewan Private Acts
March 6, 2025Posted at the request of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice and Attorney General
The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General is proposing to repeal various private acts that appear to no longer be in use.
Prior to introducing a bill to repeal these private acts, the Ministry is providing public notice on the private acts for which no representative could be located. This is to allow time for anyone associated with these acts to email the Office of Public Registry Administration with any concerns.
To discuss the proposed repeal bill or a specific private act, please contact [email protected] by May 31, 2025.
