Mental Health Week is from May 4-10 in 2026 and the Canadian Mental Health Association’s theme this year is Come Together, Canada. This theme highlights the critical role of social connection in mental health and well‑being, responding to rising levels of loneliness and social isolation in Canada.
The Law Society supports the well-being of legal professionals by promoting a culture of wellness in the profession through education and resources.
