New Family Practice Directive – FAM-PD #7

The Court of King’s Bench has issued a new Family Practice Directive. FAM-PD #7 introduces a mandatory requirement to participate in a judicial case conference before a chambers hearing is scheduled in the judicial centres of Saskatoon and Regina. The Practice Directive becomes effective on November 1, 2022 and can be found on the Court’s webpage.
