The following regulations were published in The Saskatchewan Gazette, Part II, Vol. 115 No. 9, March 1, 2019: SR 9/2019 The Missing Persons and Presumption of Death Amendment Regulations, 2019. These regulations add a number of prescribed forms to the act.

Federal Proclamation
Sections 357, 358, 361, 362, 363(1), (3), (4), (7), 364(1), (4), 366, 367, 368(2), 369, 371, 372, 374, 375, 385, 388 and 389 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2017, No. 1., SC 2017, c. 20 are proclaimed into force April 1, 2019 (PC 2019-0064). The proclamation affects the Canada Labour Code and Wage Earner Protection Program Act.

Saskatchewan Proclamation
Sections 14(2)(n) and s 14(2)(o) of the Podiatry Act, SS 2003 c P-14.1, are proclaimed into force February 1, 2019. These provisions allow the council of the Saskatchewan College of Podiatrists to make bylaws providing for the receipt, management and investment of contributions, donations and bequests; and establishing and governing scholarships, bursaries and prizes.
