The Real Estate Amendment Act, 2019, SS 2019, c 19, is proclaimed into force May 20, 2020. The Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission has created both a summary and list of highlights of the amendments. The amendments will affect electronic signatures, calculation of commission, restraints on trading own property, registrant discipline and special penalties.
