Updated Court of Queen’s Bench COVID-19 Directive

The Court of Queen’s Bench has updated its COVID-19 directive effective September 15, 2021. Due to the worsening spread of COVID-19, the Court will revert to hearing all Civil and Family Chambers, presumptively, by phone.
