Child Support Recalculation Service
October 25, 2018The Saskatchewan Child Support Recalculation Service is a pilot project that helps families with child support orders ensure a fair level of support for their children. The service will recalculate child support, based on information reported on the most recent income tax return and current income of a support payor, in accordance with the Federal Child Support Guidelines. The benefits are a faster, no cost, option which is a less adversarial alternative for parents to update child support payments.

I need help in adjusting child support payments. I have never seen the child, Paternity has never been established, I am being forced to pay $1155/month and have paid the mother over $80,000 for a child I have never seen. The mother misinformed the court in Alberta of my source of income and they calculated support without my presence.
In addition my health now is starting to fail, my lungs are in bad shape with COPD and emphysema.
