The Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal is now on CanLII
January 20, 2020
We are delighted to announce the addition of the Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal, published by the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Canada, to CanLII’s commentary section.
The Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal is published twice annually in a digital format. With an editorial board comprising mediators and arbitrators across Canada, the journal provides insights and information on issues concerning professionals who practice in alternative dispute resolution, encompassing a wide range of processes that seek to settle disputes outside of the courts.
Issues of the journal from 2002 to 2019 can be found here, including a newly designed Summer/Fall 2019 edition.
Thank you to the journal’s editors and Institute’s members for sharing this valuable addition!
