The second annual National Access to Justice Week and Saskatchewan’s Access to Justice Week is taking place from October 25 to 29, 2021. This event is part of Access of Justice week.
The Saskatchewan Access to Legal Information (SALI) is hosting the session, It’s in YOUR Court: Resolving Family Law Problems Out-of-Court. In the session, a case scenario will be used to explore how parties may resolve family law issues outside the courtroom, and what resources are available to assist parties in resolving issues.
