The Saskatchewan Administrative Tribunals Association (SATA) Virtual Conference (9:00 am – 12:30 pm) and AGM (12:30 pm – 1:00 pm) is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
The conference theme is “High Risk Scenarios in Administrative Adjudications and How to Handle Them.” It will focus on issues that arise in the context of administrative adjudications that can commonly lead to decisions being overturned.
Bryan Salte, K.C., Darcia Schirr, K.C., Susan Amrud, K.C., and Nicholas Cann, K.C. will present at the conference.
This qualifies for 3 CPD hours with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. The conference is free of charge to SATA members and $135.00 for Non-Members.
