Free Webinar – September 19: Introducing the Gladue Submission Guide
September 13, 2023On Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., join Morgan Ryan-Roe of Legal Aid Saskatchewan for an informational webinar on the Gladue Submission Guide. This practical plain-language manual assists legal counsel and their Indigenous clients in building Gladue submissions. In this session, participants will become familiar with the purpose of the Guide, its contents, and potential guiding questions to help prepare effective Gladue submissions with their clients.
In addition, participants will also be provided information on the supplementary Gladue Rights Research Database, an ever-evolving and open-access resource designed to assist lawyers, judges, report writers, and researchers build effective Gladue Submissions and Reports.
