The Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan reviews the law in Saskatchewan with a view to its systematic modernization and simplification. The Commission relies on public participation to inform its recommendations and welcomes comments on its consultation papers.
The Commission is currently seeking feedback on a Consultation Report titled Implementing a Right to Repair in Saskatchewan. The consultation is open until January 31, 2026, and input will help inform recommendations.
