Courts Administration Service Survey
November 6, 2025
From the Courts Administration Service
The Courts Administration Service (CAS) is modernizing Canada’s federal court facilities to make them more accessible, flexible, and technologically advanced. As part of this initiative, CAS has developed a Courtroom Technology Standard that guides the design and equipment of courtrooms nationwide for in-person, virtual, and hybrid hearings.
CAS is seeking feedback from the legal community, self-represented litigants, journalists, and the public to ensure the Courtroom Technology Standard reflects real-world needs, builds courtrooms that are inclusive, responsive, ready for the future, and enhances access to justice. Watch a short video and complete a brief survey about the design and technology by November 25, 2025.
