The French Speaking Jurists Association of Saskatchewan (L’Association des juristes d’expression française de la Saskatchewan) is offering a workshop in collaboration with the Centre canadien de français juridique inc. The session will provide a legal glossary and focus on technical skills related to the key issues involved in transferring and protecting one’s wishes. It will also focus on vocabulary to transform the approach to evidence, from collecting information to presenting it in court.
