Participants will learn how consultation is conducted across Canada, exploring best practices and differing perspectives, as well as addressing current issues and key challenges moving forward. The webinar will be presented by Sonia Eggerman (MLT Aikins) who in her practice provides advice on Aboriginal legal matters and related governance, on-reserve economic development, and regulatory and constitutional issues.
