Message From the Executive Director

I hope this message finds you as well as one could reasonably expect in these circumstances. Knowing how busy you must be, this message will be brief.

It goes without saying that COVID-19 and the impact of social isolation has caused widespread, wholesale changes in every aspect of society including the delivery of legal services. Courts, legislators, regulators and law firms are now required to implement changes to time-honoured practices and procedures which might, in the normal course, take months and months to safely implement. Now we have no option but to make this happen overnight. 

Below is a link to a short survey. We need you, as the Designated Representative for your firm, to complete and send back to us at your earliest possible opportunity and no later than Tuesday, March 31 at 5 p.m. Your feedback is critical to help us answer fundamentally important questions about how to guide triage efforts and to focus necessary guidance, advice and support.

There are 12 questions in total. I realize this is an imposition and I apologize for that. I assure you, we would not ask for any of your time right now unless we felt it was absolutely necessary.
