Limited Licensing Pilot – Webinar

As part of its commitment to enhancing access to legal services, the Law Society of Saskatchewan ​is continuing implementation of the Future of Legal Services Initiative and launching a Limited Licensing Pilot in January 2022. We are seeking alternative (or non-lawyer) service provider participants not currently identified in legislation or the Rules of the Law Society that may be able to provide valuable legal services without posing a significant risk to the public.​ ​On January 3, the Law Society will begin accepting ​applications into the Pilot from individuals with an interest in providing limited legal services to assist with unmet legal needs.
