Certificate of Standing

Use this form to apply for a Certificate of Standing. The certificate will be sent directly to the jurisdiction indicated in your application and a copy will also be provided to you via email.

If there are any complaints open or pending against you, the Membership Officer will first provide you with a draft of the Certificate of Standing to ensure that you are aware of the complaints open against you and to receive further authorization before sending it to your intended recipient.
