    • Remote Executing Of Certain Documents And Remote Witnessing Of Wills By Electronic Means Legislation Now Permanent
      We are happy to announce that today, the Government of Saskatchewan repealed the temporary emergency regulations related to remote execution of certain documents and wills and replaced those regulations with permanent regulations allowing for remote execution of documents via electronic means (i.e. video calls) to continue long-term beyond the end of the public emergency period. Free family law help is available throughout Saskatchewan this winter and spring! Have a family law problem?

  • Applying to the court for child support, a parenting order, or divorce?

We can answer your questions. Drop in for free one-on-one assistance with a volunteer lawyer at one of our walk-in sessions in Meadow Lake, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina, or Saskatoon:

No appointment or registration is required! A volunteer lawyer will meet with you at the session to provide hands-on assistance and information in a supportive environment. We do not provide legal advice or representation at these sessions.
